Air passenger rights, made effortless
Every year, hundreds of thousands of travellers are entitled to compensation after a delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flight — and most never claim it. The rules are clear on paper, but airlines rarely pay without a fight, and the paperwork, deadlines, and legal jargon are enough to make anyone give up.
We built Tomo Flight Claim to close that gap. You tell us about your flight in two minutes; we do the rest — the eligibility check, the demand letters, the follow-ups, and, where it's warranted, the escalation to regulators or the courts. You keep the larger share of the payout, and you never pay a cent out of pocket.

If the airline stonewalls, we file with the national enforcement body, refer to alternative dispute resolution, or take the claim to court at our own cost and risk.

We carry the risk
We handle the airline correspondence, enforcement-body complaints, and any legal proceedings in our own name as assignee. The work, the cost, and the risk are ours — not yours.
No cure, no pay
You pay nothing unless we win. Our fee is then 30% of the compensation, VAT included; only if the claim has to go to court does a 15% legal-costs surcharge apply on top (45% in total), always shown up front. If the claim fails, you owe nothing — we absorb every cost we incurred pursuing it.
